A great course for time management!!

Great actionable steps means that theres ease in using it in your own life. The psychology and science behind ideas such as procrastination and habit building (eg. the 2 minute rule) was very interesting to learn about and facilitated using the frameworks in this course in the real world. I've been using many of these techniques for almost 3 years now, and the results have been great so far
