University is different and passiveness can kill (figuratively).

Taking the small amount of effort to do simple things that increase your chances of success can actually have dramatic impacts on your short- and long-term outcomes.

💡 Behavioural psychology and neurology research shows that the hallmark of a consistently productive and successful person, despite stress and adversity, is not willpower or motivation, but the effort that was taken to create an environment conducive of success where willpower is not required!
